Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original packaging or a secure mailer to ensure they are protected during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
